Part way up the mountain, there was already a spot
with a beautiful view.

This is for those who've never been hiking (like my Mom)...
It ain't too bad looking down. ;)

Just a couple feet from the top, Stasha poses with Terra.

It was a little past noon when we reached the top.
We had decided to have lunch here before heading back down.

Looking up behind us...we didn't bother tackling the
highest point.

I didn't even think about it.

Down to the right, we could see I-90.

And I believe that's North Bend?

Stasha and Terra... and wait... that's Mt. Rainier...

...She saw it.

A couple of friends decided to join us at the top too. :)

This guy seemed lost. Or someone lost him.
We kept running into him in our path. Terra kept shooing
him but he just didn't get it. Men.

For once during the whole trip, Terra was taking a break...
And just as I was taking her picture, she decided to get up.

And that was Mt. Si. We started our hike close to 10:00am,
reached the peak just after noon, and reached the bottom
just after 3:00pm.

Someone remind me to get hiking boots, please!
